Now, not everyone is going to agree, but once your door to entomophagy finally opens, the choice is simply mind-blowing — it would be nearly impossible to sample the full variety of flavours on offer in just one lifetime. There are ants that taste of citrus, nutty crickets, arachnids akin to soft-shell crab, and even grubs that resemble bacon!
